Offer Conditions – Free earrings with orders over €100
Participation
For purchases in our online shop with a minimum order value of €100.00, the customer will receive a free earring worth €29.99.
The decisive factor is the value of the order after deduction of discounts, vouchers and other price reductions, and excluding shipping costs.
Shipping of the Free Earring
The free earring will be added to the order automatically or listed separately. There is no entitlement to a specific design, color, or variant.
Cash payment, credit, or exchange of the free item is excluded.
Returns and Cancellations
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this promotion.
If the value of the items remaining with the customer is subsequently reduced to less than €100.00 as part of a withdrawal or return, the conditions for receiving the free earring no longer apply.
In this case, the free earring must be returned unused and complete along with the returned items.
If the free earring is not returned or is no longer in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to offset its regular retail price of €29.99 against the refund or to invoice it subsequently, to the extent permitted by law.
Exclusion for Misuse
We reserve the right to exclude customers from participating in the promotion and to reclaim any benefits granted without authorization, to the extent permitted by law, in cases of abusive or manipulative use of the promotion.
Changes and Early Termination
We reserve the right to prematurely end the promotion or adjust the terms and conditions if there are important reasons (e.g., technical errors, misuse, or unexpected unavailability of the free item), provided that existing legal claims of participants are not affected.
Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.
